A mechanical engineer by training, Simon began his career as an estimator in New York City construction before founding Klaracon to reimagine how projects are built. An entrepreneurial and thoughtful leader, he drives the company through well-designed systems, clear processes, and creative problem-solving, building a skilled, collaborative team that delivers projects with precision and efficiency.

With more than 20 years of experience in commercial construction, Steven is a seasoned leader known for managing complex projects from planning through completion. He drives efficiency in field operations, mentors project managers, and fosters strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
