Finance & HR Manager.
As Finance and HR Manager, Raquel expertly oversees the company’s accounts while managing hiring, benefits, and employee relations. Highly detail-oriented and intuitive with people, she combines exceptional organizational and planning skills to ensure the office runs smoothly and the team is well supported.

With teams working across multiple jobsites throughout the city, Khushbu provides essential support as an office-based Assistant Project Manager. Serving as a central point of coordination between the office and the field, she handles day-to-day project needs with efficiency, precision, and attention to detail—helping project managers stay focused and jobs moving forward.

With a Master’s in Science and a background in civil engineering, Jimil excels at analyzing data, reviewing plans, and mastering software tools. His hands-on experience estimating with subcontractors gives him a deep understanding of the trades, making him a knowledgeable and reliable estimator.

Project Manager.
A seasoned project manager, Melissa brings decades of experience overseeing interior gut renovations throughout New York City. Known for her friendly and approachable demeanor, she combines a collaborative leadership style with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring each jobsite runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

A civil engineer by training, Nikola is highly organized and passionate about delivering precision on every project. Proactive and forward-thinking, he plans ahead and moves work along efficiently. An excellent communicator, Nikola brings teams together to keep projects running smoothly.

Cian is a seasoned project manager with degrees in Civil Engineering and Construction Management. At Klaracon he confidently runs the job site tapping into his expertise to make sure everything is moving ahead as planned.

With over 16 year’s construction experience, Dan is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable of the industry. He has excellent supervision and communication skills and diligently ensures the pace on job sites is kept going.

Richard has extensive experience in an array of management roles, both at architectural and construction companies. Richard works well under pressure, has an eye for details and is a highly organized project manager.

A seasoned project manager, Paul brings broad experience across commercial, residential, and institutional projects in both the United States and abroad. Grounded in strong habits and a deep command of project management fundamentals, he approaches each project with consistency, clarity, and disciplined execution.

Darwin joined Klaracon with 20 years experience as an estimator, so he is very attuned to how construction works in NYC. As an estimator Darwin is very accustomed to working on an array of projects including commercial space build outs, complicated interior renovations, tenant fit-outs, and multi-family renovations.
