Structural Demise for Landlord Retail Spaces

This structural project involved shoring up the existing facade to eliminate the opening and create two new openings to demise the space.

Existing facade was shored up to remove existing opening.

Reinforced existing load-bearing columns.

Work included installation of new mechanical, electrical, plumbing and sprinkler services.

New store fronts installed.
