Partnering with the experts

Safety on the job site is paramount for KLARACON. We have partnered with Lancaster Safety Consulting, Inc. to create safety procedures that ensure that we are complying with applicable OSHA regulations.

Covid 19

A preparedness program has been implemented in order to protect the health and safety of all employees, sub-contractors, visitors, clients and vendors.

All Employees

Have received pandemic preparedness training prior to returning to work.

Klaracon

Has also adopted several practices to minimize potential exposure of employees to COVID-19 at our job sites.

Daily Practices

All employees must have their temperature taken prior to entering the job site.

Everyone must wear PPE at all times (masks, gloves, hard hats, goggles).

Frequent hand-washing with soap for at least 20 seconds is required.

All HEPA filters must be turned on before beginning any work.

All surfaces (elevators, door handles etc.) and tools should be wiped down up to four times per day.

Maintaining Distance

All Work areas to be sectioned with yellow tape to ensure a distance of six feet between people.

Employees should break at different times.

Only one employee per elevator at once, or use the stairs where possible.

Visitors to the jobsites are not encouraged, unless it is mission-critical and cannot be conducted virtually.

Stay Healthy

Any employee, or person who displays symptoms of Covid-19 will be directed to leave the jobsite.

Employees who test positive for Covid-19 are permitted to resume on-site duties if they satisfy the CDC's guidelines.

Jobsites to display CDC signage informing people how to stay healthy and safe at work.

On-going updates are provided to employees to educate and train them on Covid-19 risk factors, and protective behavior.
